Opportunities
Umpqua CDC is a
private non-profit corporation, established in 1991 to create affordable
multi-family housing in Douglas County, OR. Since then, we have added many new
services including single family housing, special needs housing, homeownership
counseling and education, mutual self-help housing, resident services, financial
fitness training, micro-enterprise development and lending, owner-occupied home
rehab programs, IDA Savings programs, Heartwood ReSources, and two regional
housing centers (Umpqua Regional Housing Center, servicing Douglas County, and
Southern Oregon Coast Housing Opportunities Provider (SOCHOP), servicing Coos
and Curry Counties.

Umpqua CDC
is an equal opportunity provider, and when working with the hearing
impaired, we sometimes need interpreters that know sign-language, speak
other languages, such as Spanish, or to help us translate our program
information into other languages. We also offer volunteer opportunities
in the following areas:
