WISH HOUSE
Umpqua
Community Development Corporation (Umpqua CDC) is proposing to create 15
units of special needs housing in Roseburg, Oregon. Called “Wish for
Independence” it will provide 11 units for people with developmental
disabilities and a group home with 4 units for people with severe
disabilities.
