residents of Coos, Curry, and Douglas Counties.
Available to
Roseburg, OR, residents.
Available to
residents of Coos, Curry, and Douglas Counties.
Open to residents of
Roseburg, Oregon, who have homes more than 50 years old. This
program offers zero interest loans for home repairs for residents at
or below 100% of the area median income.
