have constructed or rehabbed over 300 multifamily low-income rental and
special needs units in 16 complexes in Coos, Curry, and Douglas
Counties, and have 98 units in 5 complexes under construction or being
rehabbed. |

Single Family Home
Construction
We
construct solar and energy efficient homes, and offer a
Mutual Self-Help
Housing program, where groups of families work together with volunteers
under the instruction of our Construction Supervisor, to build each
other's homes.
