Nationally recognized for it’s ground breaking use of solar and sustainable development in affordable housing, Umpqua CDC completed this complex in 2003. It includes 5 single family homes and 11 rental units.

 Umpqua CDC purchases homes in need of repair, rehabs them,
and sells them to first time homebuyers.
