Unique opportunity for a senior multi-family development professional to lead strategic growth at a highly regarded regional nonprofit developing new affordable rental, acquisition/ rehab, homeownership and mixed income developments in Southwest Oregon. Solid hands-on experience in project identification, feasibility and due diligence, acquisition and public approval process with strong working knowledge of multi-family financing using tax credits, State and Federal funding. Employee will work closely with Exec Dir, Multi-family Housing staff, Planner, Property Management and Resident Services staff.  Competitive salary plus generous benefits.
